Our beautiful rustic wedding and event venue is nestled in a quiet country setting on 87 acres offering a unique and private setting in the small town of Emporia, Virginia.
Local couples and couples from all around Virginia and North Carolina choose us as the venue for their perfect wedding day. We are 1.5 hours from both Raleigh, NC and Richmond, VA.

The barn is a custom (owner built) semi-climate controlled venue featuring the perfect mix of rustic and elegance. Situated next to a small pond, The BARN at Hillcrest Farm presents a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with indoor reception seating and dance floor for 150 guests. The venue is family owned and operated, and the owners invite you to take a look around the site and see if their venue feels like the right fit for you.

There are several ceremony locations to choose from for an outdoor ceremony: in front of the barn doors, by the arbor surrounded by the pines, or by the pond.
While most of our wedding ceremonies are outside, our reception space can also host an indoor ceremony. In the event of inclement weather, we are prepared to host your wedding ceremony inside the barn.
